For eighteen years, Leadership Rochester has been cultivating acknowledged and aspiring leaders to use their talents and positions to improve the quality of life in the Greater Rochester area.
Leadership Rochester offers a unique experience by combining leadership networking with community education, and linking key area leaders with class participants while providing a catalyst for community change.
Class members participate in discussions with recognized authorities and engage in site visits, experiential exercises, and analysis of community issues.
